- The show was re-edited into two hourlong features that were released by Polygram on VHS in the late 1980s (and packaged together on one tape in the 1990s). In addition to the opening recaps, a few scenes were removed.
- A 2007 DVD by Pickwick featured the episodes edited into two features, with a heavily-contrasted picture cropped into an unnatural widescreen ratio. The credits were changed to remove all references to Christopher Burr, and his electronic musical score was replaced with a new jazz score by Evan Jolly.
- Following a poor reaction to the Pickwick release, a 2017 DVD set by Network restored the episodes to their original format, with aspect ratio, credits, and Christopher Burr's score intact. The second disc included the episodes edited together as two features.
