After Eve replaces the flowers in the vase, she is shown again removing the flowers from the vase. After that she is shown replacing the flowers several more times.

Eve's cracked driver window is fixed when viewed from outside.

When Eve enters her father's hospital room with flowers and Chinese food the vase with flowers is not on the table. After she shows the food the vase with flowers is on the table.

After Lou says, "June Allyson," his head is shown in two different positions depending on the camera shot. In the close-up his head is straight up. In the wider shot including his daughters his head is at a left angle.

There is no second floor to the Richard M. Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, California.

In the state of California, the car backing out of a parking space has the right of way. Therefore, the doctor was at fault for the accident in the parking garage.

The accident in the parking garage was not her fault. Although she was in reverse, she did not back into the doctor's car. He broadsided her long after she was within view. The doctor should have stopped before colliding with her.

When the three sisters are en route from the Nixon Library to the hospital, they drive across a bridge on the wrong side of the road (apparently a reversal of the negative).

Throughout the movie Meg Ryan's character is trying to recall the name of an actress. She describes the actress as stocky with short blonde hair. At the end, right before he dies, their father says it's June Allyson. More likely it was June Lockhart. June Allyson was famously tiny with red hair.

For the flashback to Christmas 1988, only Lisa Kudrow's character's hair is remotely close to what female hairstyles were like in 1988.

During the Halloween/Jesse's birthday party flash back, after the father has burst into the home, Evey is wearing her bunny mask in one shot, the next she's not, then in the next she's pulling it off her head.
