During Lola's big number near the end, the band shown in the saloon consists of one guitar, a banjo, piano and a guy with a squeeze box. Notwithstanding, the sound track features a diverse brass section backing her singing and enticingly anachronistic dancing.
The first attempt to free the hostages is set at night, while Lola would distract El Diablo at the saloon. When that falls apart, Pablito warns the would-be rescuers to turn back. That occurs in broad daylight, inconsistent with the time they would have been riding to the attack.
