When the Little Man is warming himself by the fireplace, the fire is there. When the Panther steals the chimney, the fire is gone. When he steals the fireplace and it is shown in the back of his truck, the fire is lit again.
After the Panther completes the theft of the Little Man's house, it is shown in the new location with even the man's blue car parked next to it, but when the Panther goes out to find out who was pounding on his door, the car isn't there anymore.
