Birds race back north; an old man puts screens in his windows; a woman plows her farm: all in this erratically assembled Terrytoon.
It's a blackout cartoon, a series of gags assembled on a common theme without anything in the way of a narrative. Although some of the gags are good, they seem to have been assembled in groups of common themes because no single theme could sustain a cartoon. The overarching idea of "things that happen in the spring" is unconvincingly buttressed by a score that quotes from Mendelsohn's "Spring Song" and a narrator who comments on each segment without linking them convincingly.
I suspect this one was assembled from a bunch of gags rejected from other cartoons.
