This is a Mister Magoo short done by UPA Studios. There will be spoilers ahead:
Magoo and his friend Bottomley are in Magoo's car and Bottomley is understandably nervous about Magoo's driving. After a few near disasters, they arrive and make camp, Bottomley setting up a high tech camp and Magoo calling him soft. Magoo bets Bottomley that he'll get a moose the old fashioned way first.
Magoo bumbles off while Bottomley sets up his gadgets and waits for a moose. Magoo winds up angering a moose, which inadvertently saves Magoo from various mishaps. Magoo winds up on top of the moose as the moose charges Bottomley's camp.
Magoo winds up thinking Bottomley is his trophy moose and straps him to the car. The ending is hilarious.
The Magoo theatrical shorts and a Magoo feature film are now available in a box set from Shout! Factory. Both the set and this short are excellent. Recommended.
