A bear sends termites to ruin Jack Beaver's house building but Jack turns the tables, forcing the bear to build a new house for him.

Jack the Beaver builds a house, but a bear is jealous and wants the house for himself. He invites an ostrich to join him in taking over the beaver's house. When the beaver fights back and tries to call the police, the bear calls a wrecking company run by termites to eat the house. However, the beaver eventually gets his revenge on the bear and ostrich.—Joshua Kreitzer
