During Sasha's radio show, she removes the spoffle (pop shield) from the microphone. It reappears on the mic seconds later, then disappears again.
In the opening sequence, near the end the woman is driving away and the vehicle is moving at high speed along the road, yet when the axe crashes through the window, the vehicle is sitting still. This is impossible; a stop that abrupt would have sent anyone not wearing a seat belt through the windshield and regardless, it would have taken some time for the car to come to a complete stop anyway.
When the campus police lady slips on the large puddle of blood in the professor's office, her whole back side should be covered in blood but in later scenes there is no blood on the back of her pants or coat.
In the opening scene at the gas station, Michelle is wearing heeled black boots, but when she leaves the gas station, feet with different shoes are shown in the close-up of the pedals (which are the pedals of a much older vehicle). The shot is taken from later in the film.
Pouring rain falls when Paul, Natalie and Brenda leave campus and then stop at gas station. But few minutes later when Natalie and Brenda run from gas station in the forest grass, shrubs and trees are absolutely dry.
Blood congeals after half an hour exposed to oxygen; it is therefore impossible that the character's wrists would still be bleeding enough to soak through the white sheet that the coroner's men put on her in the morning.
While it was probably added for tension and to introduce a greater conflict, the dean's actions to both Paul and Natalie would likely have cost him his job. Her 'criminal record' -- clearly stated to have been an action in high school -- would have been cleared upon her 18th birthday and majority, as per juvenile offender regulations. The dean would have had some difficulty even discovering such information unless he had been looking specifically for it (and likely violating a number of laws), but in any case it not only would have put his position at risk, it also was utterly irrelevant to the allegations Natalie had brought against Wexler and may have been a violation of Natalie's rights. Another instance in the film where involvement of the authorities was conspicuously ignored and characters seemed to happily overlook the very obvious problem with the situation.
The rope system (that hangs Damon up, due to Natalie driving her car) could not be set-up quickly by just one person. Especially since the tree branch is far above the car.
For some reason, even after two confirmed victims die at the college campus, the police in the film never think to increase security on campus for everybody else's safety.
Dial up internet was still in use when this movie was made. The landline is connected directly into the jack to connect to the internet. When picking up the phone will immediately sever that connection.
When Natalie enters her and Tosh's dorm room, she picks up the phone but can't because Tosh is on the internet. The connection should have been immediately lost, but Tosh remains connected.
How could Sasha's screams of help be heard on the radio, when the studio is soundproof and she's in the elevator?
Throughout the chase, Sasha is wearing a wireless microphone right next to mouth, which picks up every word and scream.

Parker's cordless telephone is in memory mode, not caller ID mode when he receives a call from the killer.
When Parker's body falls out of the closet his pulse is seen in the side of his neck.
The volume on the car stereo has been turned right down when Natasha pushes a tape into it, yet we can still hear the tape.
At the fraternity house party the song that is playing is Ohio Players' "Love Rollercoaster", which was released on Mercury Records in 1975. The DJ is then seen restarting the song on a vinyl record, but the vinyl record shows a 1970s James Brown record with its distinctive red Polydor label with James Brown's head on the right side of the label.
In the car, the camera and some lights are reflected in the killer's faceplate.
There is a safety cable visible when Sasha is hanging over the stair-rail (at right arm).
In the opening scene, the killer hiding in the back seat of her car' murders the driver of a speeding vehicle during a rainstorm. It is impossible to gain control and stop the car before it crashes.
Sasha tells Natalie she found an early edition of the Kama Sutra with illustrations, but the book she shows her is very modern. The Kama Sutra is an ancient manuscript believed to have been published 1,700 to 2,100 years before this movie was made. The first English language publication would've been over 1,100 years old. At most, the book Sasha has appears to be 10 or 20 years old and is certainly not an "early edition".
