It's a typical Rosamund Pilcher romance, but done with class. Antja Schuete makes her role, the only one that has any depth, perfectly credible in a winning performance. The other characters--the despicable husband, the handsome lover, the haughty but in the end human adoptive parents, the flirtatious secretary--all waltz through their predictable actions, their only meaning coming from the emotion in Schuete's character. A light diversion. No need to go out of your way to see it, but no need to turn it off, either, if you happen upon it.
