When 'Biffen' listens to the radio, one of the songs played is 'Toppgevinsten' from Olsen-banden møter kongen og knekten (1974), sung by Henki Kolstad (Mester Hansen). When he changes the channel, a angry man is heard, this is Arve Opsahl (Egon Olsen) from the movie, Kjære lille Norge (1973).
Intended to be the final movie.
In the Danish version, Yvonne's cousin, Georg (Claus Ryskjær), was the one to help Egon and the gang break into the World Bank (Verdensbanken). The character was replaced by Data-Harry in this movie, who gives himself the code name, 'George.'
When Egon empty out his pockets to find the key to the locker, a Swiss Army Knife is seen on the table. In Olsenbanden Junior går under vann (2003), Benny gives Egon a Swiss Army Knife as a gift.
This is the first time it's mentioned that Benny and Harry have a sister. Unlike Valborg's sister, who made an appearance in [linke=tt0132383], Benny and Harry's sister never made an appearance in neither of the Norwegian movies, spin-off's or the advent series. In the Danish version, Benny only has a brother.
