Continuity

At the state trooper game Worm is not clean shaved despite having visited a barbershop for a shave hours before the game.
When Mike and Worm visit Grama together, Grama lists the amount owed as $25,000. This was the original amount owed, but he already took the first $10K back from Worm. Later in the same scene, Grama goes back to demanding the correct $15K amount.
When Worm approaches Mike at the Taj Mahal poker room and sits down the dealer is "washing" the deck. (Placing all the cards face down and mixing them up before shuffling.) As the camera goes from behind Worm to behind the dealer, the cards go from "washing" to shuffling as the camera angles change.
The baseball cap jumps on and off the bed when Mike is talking to his girlfriend after the judges' game.
The card player sitting across from Worm in jail removes a cigarette from his ear twice.

Factual errors

In the first hand of the last game, Teddy was playing dealer and had had the big blind out while Mike had the small blind out and acted first. In a heads up match, the dealer is the small blind and is the first to act.
New York State Police cars are shown with blue and red lights on their roofs, but in New York, the State Police use only red lights.
The State Trooper cars shown in the parking lot are the wrong make. NY State Troopers use Ford cars/trucks exclusively, not Caprice Classics.
The "municipal workers" that Worm refers to, the cops in the upstate New York game, are driving county (police) vehicles in their civilian clothes, which is absolutely not allowed and the Sheriffs know that it risks their job for "misappropriation of government property".

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Mike goes to a check cashing place with a personal check for $10,000 from his professor. Check cashing businesses never cash personal checks on the same day; they require a 3-5 day waiting period so the check can clear. And even if it was a payroll check, the business would have taken a percentage to cash it, so Mike would not have had the full $10,000 to bring to the game. The filmmakers have stated (in interview with ESPN.com's Bill Simmons) that the cash checking location is run by a friend of his professor's, but the scene was cut to bring the film's running time down.
Mike's monologue at the end describes his walking away with about $60k. He had an original stake of $10k that he doubled to $20k before letting KGB and Grama goad him back to the table. Even though if he doubled that it would have $40k total not $60k, KGB could play money on credit because it's his club, that's what Mike is suggesting when he says to him, "feel free to reload at any time."
Mike enters the Troopers card game wearing a jacket, is thrown out of the game without it, and is shown later wearing the jacket again. But you can (barely) hear the jacket get thrown onto the ground after him.
Even though Worm says the sheriffs game has two full tables, and later there are four full tables, he wasn't told this detail directly. He was told through a third party and was likely given incorrect information.
When Worm and Mike leave the table at the Taj to go to the noodle bar,and Knish says look who's treating to a free meal, Knish is referring to Worm and tells Mike not to let the MSG f up his head.

Revealing mistakes

In the final scene, there is a sticker on the "City Law School" door that reads "Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey".
When Worm is waiting for Mike outside Mike's apartment, stickers on the window say "NO ENUS" with both words centered. "ENUS" should have been shifted to the right, as the original word "MENUS" would probably have been centered when the letters were originally applied.

Crew or equipment visible

A reflection of a sound man can be clearly seen from the side of the car as Worm gets out to meet Mike and his supposed girlfriend.

Character error

When Mike tells Knish when playing with Johnny Chan he says he played for about an hour, folded mostly and bought in with ten big blinds. If this was the case, Mike wouldn't have many chips left.
Assuming Mike played Johnny Chan with ten big blinds, he wouldn't be able to five bet into Chan and Chan not calling doesn't make sense.
Mike tells Worm that Binghamton, NY is five hours each way (from New York City). It is only a three hour drive.
