Goofs

When Capt. Howdy applies the Spears of Shiva to Sunny MacIntosh, he places the third rod, then the shot from behind him shows him inserting the second rod again.

There is a newspaper next to a barking dog. The newspaper jumps from place to place on the driveway. A man in a red robe picks up the paper and in the next shot of the driveway the paper is gone. Then it re-appears in the driveway, again jumping from place to place, then disappears again.

When Gage is IMing with CaptHowdy from his car, his fingers are shown typing G A G E in one shot and K O I in another. These letter combinations do not appear in the IM he sends.

At about 49 mins, the TV reporter says it's been three years since Carleton's crimes, but the card at about 44 mins indicates that it's four, not three, years after the crimes. (The news anchor in a later scene, at about 52 mins, gets it right.)

The first female victim in the car's trunk is bloated and wet from having been submerged for at least several days yet the blanket that she was wrapped in during that time is completely dry and shows no signs of having been under water at all.

The tow truck driver says that the septum spike is a double zero gauge and that's it is industrial strength, he then states that the owner of the septum Spike has a hole in his septum big enough to fit your finger through. This is not true for the fact being a double zero gauge is only 9.3 mm to fit your finger through it it would have to be 16 mm or larger.

When Captain Howdy is hanging from the hook and Mike sets him on fire, he is wearing a chest covering painted to look like his skin and tattoos. It's evident because his body suddenly becomes twice as bulky.

The footage of Sunny MacIntosh that Jackson Roth sees on TV is just reused footage from earlier in the movie. There was no camera on Captain Howdy's front porch pointed back at her at the time.

Madeline's body dances in such a way that Captain Howdy can't possibly be hiding behind her without being seen.

The band BiLE isn't in-sync with the music playing.

When Gage is typing on the keyboard, the computer screen shows that Gage pauses from typing for a moment. But the sound of him typing still continues even when he stopped.

When Captain Howdy is swinging on the hook (when Mike throws the oil on him) you can see Howdy's flying harness that goes around his waist each time he swings past Mike.
