Did You Know?
Trivia | Wes Craven stated in a interview that he only directed one pornographic film, although he edited other pornographic films, and initially planned on producing his debut, The Last House on the Left (1972), as a pornographic film, until an actor convinced him to rewrite it as a non-pornographic film. Craven did not identify which pornographic film he directed, but after his death, The Fireworks Woman was identified as the most likely culprit, bearing many of his trademark themes and stylistic traits, and featuring Craven acting in the film as The Fireworks Man, a non-sex part implied to be Satan.
