At the beginning of the films when the spoiled twin brothers Alfered and Milfered are introduced Alfered is the one wearing in the pink hat and Milfered is the one wearing the black hat but later on in the film when the twin brothers notice the toys wandering in the streets from their window Alfered is the one wearing the black hat and Milfered is the one wearing the pink hat.
