Approximately 1h15m40s into the film, right after Elvis mentions a $5000 contribution to the DoJ Narcotics department, the shot changes to that of the blue carpet in the room where Nixon is briefed by Bob Haldeman. The seal on the carpet mistakenly reads "PLUAIBUS" in the "E PLURIBUS UNUM".
It shows Elvis and Nixon watching a football game on Sunday December 20th between the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders. On Sunday December 20th 1970 the Chargers played the Kansas City Chiefs.
When Elvis takes off from LA going to Washington it shows a Boeing 727, a minute later it shows a four engine plane, either a 707 or DC-8.
Set in 1970, Elvis is seen in his hotel room watching "Big Jake" on television. "Big Jake" wasn't produced until 1971 and didn't premiere on television until 1976.
The albums on display in the record store include Janis Joplin's album "Pearl," which wasn't released until January 1971.
The game between the Raiders and Chargers was played on November 22, 1970, not December 20.
