(at around 26 mins) When Santoro is speaking with Lincoln Tyler in his room for the first time, Lincoln says he was head-butted and there are 2 butterfly stitches on his right eye brow. When he sends everyone out of the room you can clearly see that Lincoln now has 3 butterfly stitches on his right eyebrow while talking with Santoro.

When Ricky and Kevin are going to get Julia, Ricky's wounds change many times.

(at around 10 mins) When Rick and Kevin Dunne are sitting ringside at the fight, the Secretary of defense is sitting behind them to the right, but when they look at the suspicious redhead, the camera moves toward her but when it comes back to them, Kevin Dunne is sitting directly in front of the Secretary of Defense.

(at around 6 mins) After receiving the bloodstained $100 bill, Rick puts it in his inner pocket. When he takes it out again (at around 21 mins), he gets it from the left hip pocket of his jacket.

In the closing credits, two men are shown on a swing scaffold and when they land, the guy on the left just walks away, showing there's no railing behind him.When working on a swing scaffold, you have to climb out of the basket.

The column in the end credits scene is visibly shaking. It's apparently a movie prop made from some much lighter material than concrete.

(at around 41 mins) When the shooter falls down dead, his rifle is clearly a rubber prop, as it clearly bends when it hits the ground.

A tidal wave originally planned was removed from the film, but not entirely: - The wave can be seen briefly in a few frames as the police van arrives near the film's end. It hits the van, which begins to fall over. In the next shot, the van merely swerves into the building. - Richard Santoro mentions a recurring dream about being back in the tunnel underwater; but since the tidal wave sequence was taken out, he was never underwater in the first place.
