Steven Seagal in The Patriot (1998)

Goofs

The Patriot

Edit

Continuity

Wesley McClaren breaks the stem off an empty wine glass to defend himself, but in previous shots it was full.

Factual errors

When Floyd Chisholm states there is only room for 100% Americanism, he is actually paraphrasing Teddy Roosevelt's speech on immigration, not quoting FDR. He should not have said " the dupe on the dime". He should have said 'the guy on Mount Rushmore '.
When the judge asks Floyd Chisolm if he has anything to say, Chisolm looks at his watch. As soon as a suspect is taken in to custody all of his/her personal possessions are removed from their person either at the time of arrest or after arriving at the police station. Chisolm should not have been wearing a watch in the court room.
