The first morning Fletcher and Roz wake up in Texas, there is a shot of the clock showing 7 o'clock. He asks if she would like some coffee and he immediately goes to make it. But when he brings it to her the clock is showing that it is after 9 o'clock.
Fletcher McBracken, after loosely and raggedly cutting out a women's picture, goes to throw it in a basket, and when it lands in the basket the cut out picture is perfectly and roundly trimmed right up to the image of the women.
When Rosalyn first meets Fletcher at the Formosa, she orders an iced coffee with a straw. When the bartender sets it down on the counter (36:02), there is already a straw in the glass. When the camera shifts, the bartender's hand is seen putting a straw into the glass (36:05).
