After Isabel tells Alex she is pregnant he drinks the entire glass of water. When he looks at her he puts the glass of water on the table and it is full.
At the end of the movie when Isabel slams on her brakes on the Hoover Dam, her toenails are not painted. When she is sitting in the ambulance after giving birth, they are painted a dark red.
The wet spot on Alex's shirt disappears when he goes to kiss Isabel.
When Isabel goes to Alex's house to tell him she is pregnant, her hair changes from when she is at the door to when she is in the house.
When Isabel drops Alex off after meeting her family, she pulls her truck in one way and her tires are facing one way. But when she backs up her tires are facing the opposite direction, making it easier for her to back up.
Las Vegas winters are not so hot that Alex would burn his hand on his car.
There was no painted border between Nevada and Arizona on Hoover Dam. However, at the suggestion of the filmmakers, the authorities painted one (and kept it).
At the end of the movie, as Alex stands on the dam waiting for Isabel to pass, it begins to rain. It is clearly not raining everywhere in the frame, especially in the lower right corner and in the rear of the frame (most likely because the rain machine didn't reach that far).
At the wedding in the last scene, the clergyman is not a Catholic priest--but Isabel's parents had insisted earlier on a Catholic ceremony.
When Isabel's father arrives at Alex's work site to threaten him with a baseball bat, the scene flashes between the father and Alex. In Alex's sunglasses, the father should be visible, but instead it's two men (crew and sound guy).
In the scene on the boat where Alex's and Isabel's parents are arguing, the camera is clearly visible in Alex's mother's sunglasses, along with at least 10 crew members and the softbox, multiple times.
