At the Start of the film when steed drops the box of macaroons on the desk in the first shot the bakery name is at the front and the box is square on, the following cut the box has turned the text on the side of box is now at the front and the box is slightly angled

Flower pot is missing as Steed continues down the street.

When Steed and Peel are being chased by Bailey's flying insects, we see Bailey's control panel, with red lights that correspond to the number of insects flying. The screen shows fewer and fewer lights as the bugs crash. Only 2 insects are left at the end, but the control panel shows more than 2 red lights.

When Mrs. Peel answers the door for the package, she is wearing a pair of slip-on heels that sound loudly on the floor. However, as she moves to the table to open it, she is now barefoot, but the heel sounds continue.

Towards the end of the movie, the Westminster clock (loosely called 'Big Ben') is destroyed by a lightning strike. The very last shot of the film shows a wide angle of Westminster, and the clock tower is restored.

The base for controlling the weather is on an island in London which hardly has any snow on it while in central London it is feet deep.

Wheen Steed is searching for Mrs Peel in the corridors under "The Ministry" he runs along a long corridor and halts and turns left but where he stops to turn, it is very obvious that the long continuing corridor is merely a painted on illusion to give the appearance of a corridor stretching on in the distance.

A balloon wouldn't have been able to knock the statue of Nelson off his column.

Steed wears the wrong type of hat. A gentleman's bowler hat is rather curlier around the edge, as in _The Avengers (TV Series 1961–1969)_.

Between the two bursts of full auto fire from Alice's Thompson sub-machine gun, the bolt is seen to be closed. Thompson sub-machine guns are all fired from an OPEN bolt position (in order to cool the chamber and prevent rounds from "cooking off").

Snowflakes on hands and face should melt.

When Steed and Mrs. Peel are drinking tea in the car, from the way the sun shines through the cups it is clear that there is no liquid in the cups.

During the insect chase scene, there is a close-up of a drone hitting a tree and exploding. The arc swing of the burning debris makes it clear the mass is dangling from a wire, when it should bounce backward or just drop instead.

As Emma Peel passes by the orchids, the enlarging Fresnel plates miraculously always face the camera.

Surely the balloon wouldn't be able to fly in a snow storm even with direction finding.

Emma, caught by De Wynter. is put on a bed, eventually gets up, struggles across the room to the door goes through it and is suddenly fully recovered.

'Mother'is supposed to be wheelchair bound yet the final scene shows him, Steed and Peel on a roof top garden on a raised area with no sign of any kind of lift.

During the scene in the boardroom with the teddy bears, De Wynter says that anyone who wishes to leave can do so, and a payment of one million dollars will await them. However, he clearly mouths the word "pounds" instead of "dollars."

When Emma Peel plays the piano, none of the dampers inside the piano moves up and down. Even though we discover it's a player piano, the dampers would still move every time a key is depressed. The only time the keys are in sync with the sound is in the final closeup as the Chopin piece ends.

At about 6:30 minutes in, during the scene introducing Dr. Peel, the sound of Dr. Peel walking from the door to the kitchen imply she is wearing heeled shoes but she is fleetingly shown as being barefoot.

This is also a continuity error as in a prior shot showing her descending a staircase, she is clearly wearing heeled shoes.

In snow storm Steed is able to walk over very deep snow drifts without sinking in.

In the fight between Steed and De Wynter Steed suddenly looses his jacket exposing the fact that his waistcoat buttons are undone which would hardly be likely.
