The day after crashing his car after being shot at, Shale arrives at the Jai Alai court with the same car, with no signs of damage.
When Shale throws the fourth kid from the window in the library scene his shirt is unbuttoned and you can see that he is not wearing his bullet-proof vest. In the next shot he is taking the vest off.
When Shale writes his name on the chalkboard in the classroom, the handwriting is not the same when they show it later.
when Dianna Verona comes out of the school to go to her car, some kind of white substance had been placed over the lock where she would insert the key. She struggles but is able to insert the key however when she arrives home, the white substance is nowhere to be found.

One of the merc's is wearing night vision goggles watching from the roof. With all of the ambient lighting, street lights etc. the NVG's would be washed out and he wouldn't see anything.
When the mercs are at the firing range, there are several shots of Shale with people behind him "shooting" a Glock. If you take notice, you can see they are simply imitating the recoil by slowly flipping the gun back.

At the gun range, the woman in the white shirt shooting a pistol behind Shale is not pulling the trigger, the gun's slide is not moving and there are no cartridges being ejected. She is only moving the gun slightly up and down to make it appear as recoil.
Before leaving the classroom, Shale puts a bullet proof vest on. When he throws the gang member out the library window he's not wearing one. In the next scene as he takes his shirt off he's wearing the vest.
Before Shale runs to Jane's apartment to save her from Juan, he grabs several throwing stars, also known as "shuriken", from a basket at his place. The stars he grabs are made of an aluminum alloy and are nickel plated with round edges that are not sharp. These type of stars are actually used more for ornamentation and display than as effective "weapons." Stars that are used to cause injury or possibly death are usually made of a high carbon steel with sharpened edges and points.
At the shooting range you can see a reflection of the filming camera in the mirrors as it moves in front of the building.

When Shale meets the crew at the pistol range, Hollen (William Forsythe) is wearing a shoulder holster that has two thin straps and two wide straps; he is wearing the holster upside down, with the wide straps under his arms. This holster is designed to be worn with the wider straps over the top of the shoulders to spread out the weight and pressure.
[SPOILER] when Shale gives Jane to the key to his home after telling her he wants her to have his home in case he doesn't live after confronting the drug dealers, he should've also given her the deed to his home as well as his Last Will and Testament.
