Goofs

When Waxman goes to investigate the water running in to the room after O'Hara breaks the toilet from the wall, the corridor and entrance to the sniper spot room is several centimetres under water. When Waxman comes back in to the sniper spot room, the corridor and entrance to the room are completely devoid of water and dry.

When O'Hara was flying through the glass, after being shot by Klein, he wasn't cuffed to toilet. In the next shot he was cuffed again.

After O'Hara takes Clegg hostage in the bathroom, he fires a total of 12 shots from a 6 shot revolver, without reloading. He even opens and checks the cylinder after firing 8 times, then continues firing.

At 0:50:05 , as Shooter is killing the soldier with his Steyr, he is shooting flat, with no elevation to allow for bullet drop at that range.

When Clegg (Gina Bellman) is running to escape the explosion climbing up the elevator shaft, she barges through a pair of doors. In the shot showing this, you can easily see a camera that is mounted in an open section of the floor on the left side of the screen. The following shot is what was filmed from that same camera.

What is easily seen and mistaken for a camera is a work light array on a stand and the following shot is not what was filmed from that camera, as can be seen by the position of the submachine gun she's holding.

When Waxman and Clegg are driving after the failed mission, Waxman is driving. When they change seat and Clegg becomes the driver, the tire screeches. This is not possible, considering they are on a gravel/dirt road.

It's quite possible on the hard-packed road, indistinguishable from pavement to a tire. As long as the tires are not spinning on the gravel, a chirp from the tires is easily possible.

In the first scene, when the spotter calls out the "Windage", she gives the speed but fails to give the direction (R to L, of L to R, etc.), something critical for long range shooting.

She did. After she reported the crosswind speed, she consulted the anemometer readout and said: "Right. Bring it over 6 clicks," to adjust the scope.

During the shot recon, the range is 1800 meters, when the target shows up, the range to the same spot is down to 1180 meters, that's over a third of a mile difference.

The target, a moving car, was 1800 meters away when first ranged. When the target reached the kill zone, the range was over a third of a mile closer at 1180 meters.

Some gunmen in the final shoot out have no filters on their oxygen masks, rendering them useless. To hide their identities from the Sniper and Spotter would also be pointless, as their intention is clearly to kill them.

They are not oxygen masks, they are respirators, used to nullify hazardous gasses. To see if there were canisters in any of those respirators would involve slow motion or freeze frame. There is no point to these masks except to make the operatives look more sinister.
