Rick Gianasi in Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D. (1990)

Goofs

Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.

Edit

Continuity

Before the naked wife gets thrown out the window, it is plain glass. However in a close up of her getting launched out the window, it's now a colonial window. In another shot, the window's back to being a plain one again.
The positions of the people during Griswold and Lotus' conversation near the Statue of Liberty. They disappear and reappear between shots.
One of the black cars in the car chase changes from a Ford LTD II to a Ford Thunderbird.
The silly string on the bad guy's windshield changes in variation.
Dents appear and disappear on the Ford Thunderbird, during the car chase scene.

Factual errors

Griswold's taped confession of Snipes would be useless, as the sound would be drowned out by the wind caused by flying that high up.

Revealing mistakes

When Lotus and Kabukiman fall from the edge of the building and "fly" back up past the villains, the wires attached to their costumes hoisting them up are clearly visible.
During a majority of the car chase, it's obvious that the car isn't moving in the back seeing as it has a blank white screen.
When the car crashes into Goldberg's Cleaners, a crowd can be vaguely seen to the right side of the shot.
When the Ford Thunderbird slams into another vehicle, the driver is absent.

Miscellaneous

Crew or equipment visible

When the Ford Thunderbird is flipped over, what appears to be inside the car is a visible camera mounted on the driver's seat filming the shot.
When Lotus and Kabukiman are flying back up and past the villains, the camera and cameraman's shadow is cast behind them.
When Kabukiman lifts Rev. Snipes into the air, the wire lifting Snipes can be seen.

Boom mic visible

When Griswold and Lotus are talking with the Statue of Liberty in the background, the microphone falls into the shot from the top of the screen.
