Absolutely the worst movie I have ever seen in my life
Donnalou10 December 1998
This was the worst movie I have ever seen in my life (and I have seen a lot of movies). All I could think of was that it was made as a college (or even high school) project. The acting was horrendous, the dialog totally ridiculous, the sound effects were hilarious and the overall production was disgraceful. What makes the whole thing even worse is that the idea behind the film was really quite interesting and, if produced professionally, might have worked. This film should not be on video store shelves (I actually got a refund when I returned it!!!) Don't waste your time or money on this turkey.

Ok it Sucks!.... It Bites the Big One!.... however...
Bill-18531 August 1999
I apologize to the filmaking community for I shot the thing... I needed the money... I was broke.... I didn't mean to hurt anyone... ya gotta believe me! Anyway, the entire fiasco.. er I mean film, was shot for 15k and because we blew stuff up and had helicopters (donated by the National Guard), it got picked up by clever distributers who screwed the producers and packaged the film with other 'urban tales' and sold it to Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. I'm sure the buyers never even saw the film. They just saw the tagline and the video box and bit. I'm sorry if you were one of the hapless viewing victims and if it's any consolation, the producers didn't make a dime, they were fleeced by the industry, and sold cheap in hopes of broadcast sales (as if!). Anyway, 'somebody' made a killing, and as usual it wasn't the ones who worked hard on it... it was the suits! Hope our next one is better, Happy Viewing!

So bad it hurt.

This movie is so bad that it literally was painful to watch. The most fantastic thing is how I got to see this movie. I rented it from Blockbuster. That meant I paid money. That meant Blockbuster's Buyer paid Blockbuster for it. Mustang Distributors made money by selling it to Blockbuster. How the hell does that happen. When you are a buyer it seems as if you should be purchasing a product for your company that 1)Your proud of the product. 2)You believe the customers you rent to will pay money and enjoy the movie you purchase. There is no way that Blockbuster could have believed either of the 2 cases above on this movie. OooooHHhhhhhhh, This movie was so bad. Stay away, or you'll have nightmares.

sound made film bad
I just had to give it a 10--I may be biased, but it was well deserved. To the credit of a great Director of Photography, Bill Johns, exceptional writer/producer, Bruce Pattison, and a talented producer, actors and crew, I must express that this film was great until the sound was lost, and all of it had to be duplicated in a studio.

Personally I felt Chloe Hopson acted her ass off and if not for her being directed stronger in the path dancing and teaching, would be an Oscar-award winning actress right now. There are a host of other comments I could make, but I'll just say this..............Look out for the sequel, "ENEMY 2: The Second Race War: 10 years later". A BIGGER budget, BIGGER overall!! Coming 2006.
