When Darcy Walker is in the station house she is wearing a brooch. It disappears, then reappears while she is fighting Aftershock.
In the opening chase scene the driving police officer gets shot, by woman leaning out the passenger window. However there is no bullet hole in the windshield.
Whip Hubley's character name is Rick, but the end credits list him as playing "Michael Russo", which was Bruce Abbott's character in the original Black Scorpion (1995).
Christina Solis' character's name is Bonita Bradley, but the end credits list her as playing "Bree Bradley".
