After Margaret hits Tom he grabs the front of his head. In the next shot he is holding the back of his head where he had actually been hit in the first place.
When Jonah Slide shows Margaret the blackmail photos of the murder, he then puts them back into an envelope from a photo place, but surely having them developed there would risk the photo store staff seeing what the photos are about.
