At the end of the movie, during the wedding. As Jack is asking Ben for the rings, Ben kids around and pretends to have lost them. If you look at the ring finger of Jack's left hand, he is clearly already wearing his wedding ring.
When Jack supposedly trips on the skateboard, you can see that Chevy puts his leg out much further than usual. Clearly the incident was staged.
The area where the Indian Guides go camping is definitely not in the Seattle area. That area is a temperate rain forest and is very dense and green whereas they are camping in a much dryer area (likely California).
During the camping trip, Jack tells Chet that he sent Joey's father Frank to prison for 50 years when it was actually the judge that did the sentencing.
