When Dredd and Fergie are escaping from security after Rico and Griffin murder the high council, Dredd is wearing full Judge uniform. When he enters the room with the hoverbike, he is wearing the shirt. When he sits on the bike, he has lost the shirt and is wearing only a t-shirt. This happens in timespan of him sitting on the bike, he did not have time to remove it.
When DNA sampler takes the sample from Rico's hand, blood is running along his hand. But when he takes it out of the sampler, his hand is clean.
In the desert, when Dredd and Ferguson are on a hill looking at the garbage tunnel, Dredd walks away. In the next shot they are standing next to each other, as if Dredd never moved.

When Hershey asks Central to analyse an old photo of Dredd with Rico at the academy, Central gives the description "Unknown male, approximately 200 centimetres tall". 200 cm is nearly 6 feet 7 inches, Armand Assante (who plays Rico) is nowhere near this unusually tall height, his height is less than 6 foot.
After the young rookie is gunned down at the beginning, Dredd shouts at the gang inside "You're under ARRESTS!" with one extra "s" at the end. The correct spelling\pronounce should be "You're under ARREST!"
When Fergie and Dredd was trying to get back into the city, they have to run through a fire tube in 30 seconds, they started running, Fergie fell, Dredd was going back to help him, the fire came from the back of Fergie, i.e. from where they come from, the fire should come from the other way and exit where they entered the tube.
Just after Rico's ABC Warrior starts shooting Judges on the streets, one Judge falls backward and onto a thick metal object, possibly a door. When this happens, it's obvious that the object is made of foam.
During the Lawmaster chase, some of the street-level footage has clearly been sped up.
When Hershey arrests the drunk driver Mr. Souza, he says: "When I said I have powerful friends, I mean powerful!" However, he hasn't said anything about having powerful friends prior to this point. Presumably, the scene was shortened in editing, resulting in a few previous lines being cut.
When the shot of the entrance to Geiger's pawn shop is shown, the sign actually shows the word "GIEGER", not the owner's name "GEIGER". A common mistake for anyone not familiar with the name which, ironically, is often heard in Sci-Fi TV and movies where a Geiger Counter is used.
When Judge Dredd is undercover as a judge, a young judge runs up and pulls off Dredd's helmet and says, "Dredd! I thought it was you!" but his lips are not moving.

"Pa" Angel introduces his elder son (played by Phil Smeeton) as Link, but in the closing credits the character name is Fink. According to comics, Link, Junior and Mean Machine have a brother named Fink, but he does not appear in the film.
During the chase scene (with Fergie) some Judge Hunters are getting killed during the flight chase on the Lawmaster bike and Dredd even point-blank shoots two of them during an action scene, which seems out of character. Basically he just shoots his fellow judges doing their jobs. These blatant murders are never addressed again in the movie, and in the final scene you can even see a couple standing next to Dredd ignoring the previous crime.
