Kirstie Alley, Steve Guttenberg, Ashley Olsen, Mary-Kate Olsen, and Jane Sibbett in It Takes Two (1995)

Goofs

It Takes Two

Edit

Continuity

Roger Callaway bangs the left side of his head on a branch as he rides horses with Diane, but the scrape is seen on the right side of his head.
When Alyssa is driving the carriage the actual driver is covered in a black cloth that in a later scene changes to a red cloth.
When Diane is nursing Roger's cut from the tree branch, he whines about it hurting. Diane goes to blow air towards the left of Roger's forehead but in the next frame her head is faced toward the right where the cut appears.
When Diane hails a cab to take Amanda to her initial interview to the Butkis', the cab changes from a Ford LTD Crown Victoria to a Chevrolet Caprice, and then back into an LTD Crown Victoria between shots.
When Amanda and Alyssa meet in the woods, Amanda makes a comment to Alyssa about the "scary blonde lady" at her house. However, when Amanda saw Clarice (the scary blonde lady), she had a towel on her head, making it difficult to see her hair color.

Revealing mistakes

After the wedding ceremony while the girls are taking credit for setting up the chance encounters, a flashing red light can be seen reflecting off Roger Callaway's tuxedo - perhaps coming from an on-set photographer's camera.

Miscellaneous

Mary-Kate Olsen plays one of Ashley Olsen's scenes. ("Hail Betty Queen of the Scrap Heap")
When Roger jumps into the water, he yells "Banzai!", but the English subtitle is "Bonsai!". The former is a Japanese battle cry, the latter is a small sculpted tree, a world of difference in meaning.
Amanda could not have known that Clarice had blonde hair, since the entire top of Clarice's head was covered with a towel; besides, Alyssa had been so scared by Clarice's ghastly-pale "Old Lady Callaway's ghost" appearance (her mud-pack-smeared face) and unnerving manner (abruptly pausing in mid-stride to strike a haughtily-exasperated pose and peer contemptuously at Amanda) that she would not have even noticed what color the woman's hair was... she just wanted to get the heck outta there a.s.a.p..

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When the bowl is dropped on Roger's head and Diane is laughing, an extra can be seen behind Roger mouthing Diane's "food fight" line just a few seconds before she says it.

Crew or equipment visible

Alyssa's mike pack is visible under the back of her shirt when Diane hugs her at the scrap yard.

Errors in geography

When Alyssa's private jet arrives on the runway, an Air Canada plane is seen taxiing in the background getting ready for take off.
