According to the credits, the story takes place in Oregon and is shot in British Columbia. When the girl stops a police car it has the Washington State Patrol emblem on the door.

When Beth goes to Meet Jody in the field near the geese, Beth opens a swinging gate and it swings away freely and the return wire is detached, in the next shot the gate is clearly closed.

In the condo as Jodi tells her story, the collar of her shirt goes from flipped up to straightened and flipped up again between shots without any motion to adjust it.

When Jody and Beth are first entering the cave on the river, Jody grabs a stalactite and gets off the boat. When she does the stalactite obviously moves.

Jody was the one who quoted the Winnie the Pooh line correctly. In the book, it's "what is who" not "which is who."
