When the Micklers are in bed playing the game with the popcorn, one kernel of popcorn is shot up in the air off-camera, but two fall: the actual kernel from the up-shot, and an additional one that was aimed at Faye Dunaway's mouth.

When the Micklers are out to dinner, the waiter pops the cork on the champagne, and then instantly, they are toasting with full glasses.
As Dr. Mickler is interviewing Dona Inez, Don Juan's mother, now a nun, she has a tear streaming down her left cheek. In the very next shot of her face, the tear is streaming down the other cheek.
The hospital where the film is set is in Queens, New York; but in one scene where Dr. Mickler is driving into the parking lot, there is a palm tree on the lawn behind the street.
