When Sharon Bell (Tweed) kills Zed (the hippie terrorist), her explosive tracker can still briefly be seen on her wrist even though she removed it and the explosive blew up in an earlier scene.
When Vic is talking to Sharon in the pool, he asks her: "Like to travel?" When it cuts to Sharon, the boom mic above them is briefly in frame.
