After being shot in the leg, the PI limps out of the room, but as the scene ends, he turns and starts walking away without the limp.
When Nick & Tanya leave the clinic Nick has a huge head of hair, but when they get to the house he has just had a major haircut and in the very next scene that big hair is back again.
