At the showdown, the second time Fuchon fires at Chance, his barrel flies open as a sign that it is needs to reload. In the next shot, he opens the barrel to reload even though it was already opened.
During first fight Chance punched the guy with cap in belly. In next shot same guy was several meters far from Chance running with knife to stab him.
In the first fight scene outside the diner, Chance leg sweeps a thug who lands on top of Chance but the next shot at a different angle the guy lands beside him not even coming close to landing on him.
When Fouchon is going over Chance Boudreaux's military record he says that (Chance) was apart of Marine Force Recon and his file even says U.S. Marines but the picture shown in the file shows him wearing a U.S. Army service uniform.

A normal hand grenade will not take as long time to explode as the one that Boudreaux uses on Fouchon.

While on horseback, Douvee points and tells Nat to go and call the sheriff. She rides off. Next they both arrive at the warehouse together, but that's because Nat didn't go to call the sheriff when she rode off. And that's why Douvee looks awkward when she leave him standing alone.

In the opening scene, we see a desperate veteran running through the French Quarter (which is located in downtown New Orleans). Moments later, we see him running through a park towards the Mississippi River...with New Orleans visible in the background *across* the river.
