When Joe is in the office with Gwen talking about his mother, there is a woman seen outside wearing a blue shirt. She keeps changing her position during Joe and Gwen's conversation. She looks into the office through the window with blinds holding a folder, then she is on the telephone, then she is back to looking through the window until Gwen signals her to move away.

Walking out of the Police Dept. when Joey's mom opens the car door the window is up, after she gets into the car its down even though the car is not running.

In the "locking his mom in the car" scene, Joe twists the car's lock-posts clockwise to supposedly unscrew them; this direction would tighten them down more, not loosen them.

In the 53-min mark, Tutti tries to break the windshield using a baton and stops because she thinks it's not going to work, but the glass starts to crack.
