The scene where the young baby is accompanied by his parents to the nightclub that would have been almost impossible for a baby that small to be in that establishment with cigarette smoking and loud speakers music blasting from the DJ booth it would have 1 injured the child's hearing or 2 the child would have screamed all night in agony and most certainly would have been uncooperative during there night there..

When Bobby and the rest of his crew are arrested by the undercover officer posing as a prostitute there original charge was soliciting and possession so there is no way a detective should have been questioning him about a murder Vice and Homicide are two different units and if Bobby was a person of interest in a murder homicide detectives would have long brought him in for questioning and made an arrest..
