Every time Dusty (George Strait) takes his hat off his hair is always perfectly brushed and styled. Anyone who wears a cowboy hat (or any other type of hat or cap) knows when you take off your hat after wearing it for any length of time you get "hat hair" from the hat compressing your hair.
In the first scene of the movie the tour bus is shown leaving one city and arriving at another. The city in both shots is Ft. Worth, Texas.
Lula did not face any consequences for her part in the fraudulent concert.
