Near the end of the movie, Gus is driving the car and we see a close-up of his feet, so that we can see him driving with the stilts. There is a rip in his blue jeans, but in shots before and after there is no rip.
During the picnic scene, after Tommy remarks on Gus missing an eye, his mother kisses and pats his cheek, with him looking directly at her. In the very next shot, however, she's stopped patting him and he's facing the other way, without giving either of them time to move.
The movie poster shows Gus in a red hoodie and eye patch over his right eye. In the movie, he wears a light blue hoodie and the eye patch is over his left eye.
When Phil is running down the road chasing after his kite, two crewmembers are visible at the bottom left-hand side of the screen, running ahead of him, flying the kite that is supposed to be blowing away.
When Gus is going through the car wash you can see a reflection of a man's face and some equipment in the passenger-side windows.
When Gus is in the restaurant getting the funny glasses from the vending machine, Fleas character walks out of the kitchen and while trying to pass by with the dish pan accidentally elbows Gus in the back of the head forcing his head into the vending machine.
