- At the beginning of the film, it goes to show the character of the Yakuza. Besides seen of weapon smuggling, etc. There is a brief sex scene between a woman and a yakuza.
Violence & Gore

- There is a scene where Suzuki and his assistant go to a gang house to complete a deal with a head yakuza. There we see a young yakuza getting punished for not following the rules and gets his pinky finger cut off. Although you don't see it happen, you see his hand and blood everywhere, while the boss explains how they cut off the finger.
Profanity

- Most the time when the Yakuza speak there is an "F" word,definitely 30+ "F" words. Lower frequency of any other swear words, but they all do appear.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A majority of the movie there is drinking or smoking by either yakuza, hotel guests or employees.
- A high ranking person is drugged and framed by the mafia.

- Hotel staff must deal with harsh bullying by multiple local mafia gang members who repeatedly shout and curse in their faces and threaten violence.

Sex & Nudity
- Later in the film, the general manager of the hotel gets blackmailed into meeting a member of the Yakuza at a bar where they snip off clothing of a young girl in her genital areas. As well as setting up a scene where it seems that the general manager proceeded to rape the minor, which shows her full nude.
- Although the lawyer seems to have proved the Yakuza in the wrong and with no proof. They end up sending photo evidence to the general manager about the rape, which shows graphic pictures of them having sex. These show up more than once throughout the film.
Violence & Gore
- After the supposed rape scene, the yakuza in order to scare the general manager threaten to cut his penis off with a razor, scissors, and even just wire.
- A Yakuza member heads towards Inoue, the lawyer, and Wakasugi with a knife. Stabbing her which has a lot of blood. Then also includes Wakasugi attacking the yakuza back in an intense fight.

- A man is forced to cut off his own finger.
