One of the major happenings that they re-created was the 1985 Airplane crash that involved Ricky Nelson.
There have been rumors that people were doing drugs (free-basing) on that plane and that's how it went into flames. But this is not true!!!
It was a vintage aircraft and re-done with all flammable natural materials to restore it... Beautiful to look at but deadly in an emergency. I guess nothing was flame retardant on this plane. For when a mechanical problem occurred on this plane, the passengers tried valiantly to put the fire out. But the fire was so fast and quick, that it just overcame everything. There was no time to put it out. And so the plane burned and crashed.
It was very well done and put ugly rumors to rest.
