When Larry enters the garage at his new home, thinking it is the bathroom, he reaches for the light switch. We see four light switches in the garage, but we hear/see five light switches being flicked and five lights coming on.
When Larry crashes the sports car, the windshield is smashed. In the next shot, the windshield is perfectly fine.
When Jewel stabs the cigar and shows it to Larry, the wrap around the cigar is shredded. In the next shot, it is more intact.
At around 18m18sec The forklift that Courtney Cox is driving away makes a sound like an electric forklift but clearly has a propane tank on it. Also in an enclosed warehouse one would not use a propane forklift.
In the flashback to the All-State High School Baseball Championship, the announcer states the game is in the bottom of the 9th with the visiting team up 3-2. High School baseball games have 7 innings. However, this could be incorrectly regarded as a goof as the game could have been in extra innings. This was not mentioned by the announcer.
In a scene set in 1970, after Larry misses the ball, a shot of the crowd shows several girls with 1990s hairstyles.
At Larry's surprise party, Sammy the dog licks the left side of Larry's face a few times then Larry puts him down. Shortly after his destiny wife shows up with her husband to tell Larry he got a promotion, and she kisses Larry on the same cheek Sammy had been licking.
