A rich and arrogant girl tries to teach a lesson to a poor boy, but gets caught in her own trap. They both fall in love, but have to battle against power and opposition, in order to unite.

A poor college student, Vikram Veerpratap Singh, living with his widowed grandmother, becomes infatuated with a wealthy beauty, Shweta Sangwan, initially woos her unsuccessfully, but is able to win a place in her heart when he comes to her rescue.
