Dolph Lundgren in Red Scorpion (1988)

Goofs

Red Scorpion

Edit

Continuity

When Lt. Nikolai Rachenko is lifting the truck out of the ground in the final battle, he props his gun up leaning on the truck. As he lifts, the gun noticeably slides off; in the next shot, it's standing up again.
During the final battle scene, the truck that Rachenko earlier stowed away in and which was destroyed is magically back in the army compound, undamaged. (Either that or it had the exact same identification number on the front bumper.)
A machine gunner in the back of the truck sprays bullets across the windscreen of a jeep which is seen from a following armored car to swerve off a wide road but the next shot shows it straddling a narrow road and being hit by an armored car.

Factual errors

Ferguson leans out of the truck's passenger door and fires a pump action shotgun at the pursuing vehicles one of which instead being hit at the front blows up at the rear.
Nikolai is driving away a truck and being pursued by soldiers in a jeep which pulls out on the right side and a soldier leans out fires at he truck and blows the drivers door .

Revealing mistakes

During the first chase scene, a Russian soldier fires an RPG (rocket propelled grenade) at a truck. The soldier fires the weapon even though there is clearly no rocket inserted in the launcher.
