Clayton Rohner's character Jack has part of his right hand ring finger cut off, only to have his left hand bandage in the next scene and his properly injured hand bandaged in the scene after that.
When Kim comes across Dean being consumed by the alien insects, he is supposed to be a stump with no arms or legs, but you can clearly see Dean holding his hands behind his back behind the severed arms.
