Ruth Buzzi, Tina Caspary, and John Schuck in My Mom's a Werewolf (1989)

Goofs

My Mom's a Werewolf

Edit

Factual errors

Stacey Pubah mentions an issue of the horror magazine Fangoria that was published in 1978. Fangoria didn't yet exist in 1978; the magazine first began being printed in 1979.

Miscellaneous

Stacey is reading aloud an article (in a magazine) that Lon Chaney Jr. played all three monsters (Frankenstein Monster, Dracula, the Wolf Man and The Mummy). However, he technically played the Son of Count Dracula in the 1943 film of the same name (not Count Dracula himself). However, magazines (for younger people) are known for being mistaken on certain facts.

Anachronisms

When the girls are in the horror trivia store, one of them is in awe of Issue #5, 1965, of Famous Monsters (of Filmland). The magazine was first published in 1958 so the 5th would be 1958 or 1959.

Character error

Leslie's werewolf teeth are quite visible several times to her daughter, Jennifer, but Jennifer keeps acting like she doesn't see them.
