The amount of milk in the glass of milk changes. The poured amount is about 1/3 of a full glass, but the drank amount is an almost full glass.
In the STD check-up scene, it is revealed that the disease is caused by a virus, but in the end it is cured with penicillin, an antibiotic, which only fight bacterial infections, and would have no effect on a virus.
