As the couple are lying on the ground kissing in the opening scene, they both turn their heads to look when they hear the lawnmower. When the scene cuts to the POV of the mower heading towards them, they're looking in the opposite direction.
At around 1:31 Deke falls off the van roof onto the ramp. His legs are facing to the left. The next shot is a point of view from Deke, and his legs are facing the lawnmower. Several following cuts show various position of his legs.
When the morgue attendant is loading body parts into the ambulance, the tag on one of the body bags says, "Appendages - Assotted" - misspelling the word "assorted".
