I just want to say that I have seen the special feature containing the tour and I thought it was awesome!! These dancers are very talented and amazing. If anyone buys the DVD...check out that feature. I know everyone has their own opinion but I loved it. It is Excellent. These dancers can dance like you wouldn't believe.

Also...the other performers are fantastic too. It makes you want to get up and do it (dance like them). If I had the chance.....I would have. I really loved the movie too.

The Johnny and Baby story is so romantic and how he teaches her to dance is fantastic! I love them together. I have watched it many times also.

The Dirty Dancing Concert Tour is a special feature of the Dirty Dancing DVD. I saw it, wondering how the hell they could make it into a concert and i got an answer - they can make it into a concert but making a joke out of the movie and adding stupid dance moves. The concert involves live performances from some of the artists featured on the soundtrack(s) and those are okay - though dated. The hilarious part is the dancing/acting the people on stage do. The dancers make weird faces and silly dance moves, and they try to "dance" the plot of the movie but they just fail. It was so cheesy and such a bad rip off of the movie. My friends and I watch it when we need a good laugh.....

I Watch It All The Time

I watch the concert on the DVD all the time. The dancers do look funny, but I watch because the music in my opinion is timeless just like the movie. I don't care about the dancing. Music is a big part of my life, and so is this movie. The dancing in the concert is basically the same as it was in the movie. It's just that the facial expressions can make you wanna puke. A bunch of people trying to make themselves look like they're about to get it on right there on the dance floor is just silly. But you kinda have to admit it's better than the no expression most of those people have in the movie. Not into it or too much into it, that is the question ladies and gentlemen.
