In the record store, Loudon comments on the price ticket on Nikki's new skirt, and two price tickets are visible. But a moment earlier, when Loudon first notices the skirt, only one is visible.
In the parking garage, Loudon is driving erratically because he is not wearing his glasses, after he parks off the side of the building, Loudon is swinging on the door, hovering over the water, without his glasses on, the next scene he appears with his glasses on.
When Loudon arrives in Harlem after the hospital, he puts on his pants backwards; the button and zipper are visible when he's lying on the hood talking on the phone; in the next scene his pants are on the right way and zippered.
Loudon and Nikki leave the bank after they find out it is closed, Mr. Worthington calls, Nikki gets on the phone, holds it up and begins to fire her gun; in the next scene as she continues to shoot the gun, her hand is no longer on the phone but on the top of the windshield.
When Loudon flips through the prenuptial agreement, the first few text pages he flips through are identical. When he gets to the sexual-position diagrams, the various icons repeat on various pages. This is Wendy's father's way of overkill because he wants to make sure she and Loudon don't have sex.
In the first shot of Loudon crashing through the gate and the limo dangling over the edge of the parking structure, it's obviously a stunt driver in a hat in the driver's seat when the car is shown from the side. When it cuts back to inside the car, Loudon is in the driver's seat again.
At approximately 27:30, Louden is seen running out of the automatic doors at the hospital. The name of the hospital is clearly marked as "Humana Hospital West Hills", which is in Los Angeles. The film is set in New York.
Though set in New York City, there are visible Los Angeles palm trees in some scenes.
