When Rick Latimer and Jake Phillips first meet, Jake takes his hat off, then, in the next shot, his hat is on. Finally, in a third shot, his hat is off again and he puts it back on.
Near the end, when Victor Duncan gets out of the car and walks across the school grounds to kill Latimer, he is wearing a black leather jacket and black leather pants. In the rest of the scene, Duncan is wearing blue jeans.
Near the beginning, during the school meeting in the auditorium, one of the teachers makes a hasty retreat by a side door. About a minute later, during the same session, the same teacher makes the same exit. Assume it was the same scene recorded by two cameras and reused.
Near the end, when the Principal is getting drunk in the bar, a character is vacuuming. He can't be doing a very good job, as it isn't plugged in.
Around the 19 minute mark, in a close-up of Gossett in Belushi's office, there is a boom mic reflection in the window behind him.
